Disturbed by recent cases of misuse, abuse and presence of counterfeit as well as substandard pesticides in the country, the Director General, National Agency for Food and Drug Admiration and Control (NAFDAC), Prof. Mojisola C. Adeyeye has warned that only ready-to-use sprays, dust or bait specifically marked for in-house-use should be used indoors.
The NAFDAC boss gave the warning in Kano during a sensitization workshop on safe and responsible use of crop and protection products (CPP).
